Pretty in Pink Bridal Shower

In 2016, I helped my sister-in-law throw a chic bridal shower for her then soon-to-be daughter-in-law. She had the idea of a pink and gold theme. Invites were sent, and we booked the restaurant Table Three, a really cute restaurant in Wildwood, MO. The private room was already beautiful to begin with, so I didn’t have a hard time decorating it. The dishes on their set menus were interchangeable, so they were very flexible with choosing the food.

I was happy to find a blackboard above the door of the private room – the perfect place to write the countdown to the wedding day.

The room already had lights hanging inside, which gave the room a romantic and charming look. The restaurant provided gold chargers for the table setting, beautiful flower centerpieces and I added a rose gold table runner to add a little extra chic.

We hung paper lanterns from my party stash all over the room. I find joy in bargain shopping for party decor – stuff I know I could use at multiple events.

They had a big cabinet and shelving that I wanted to cover, so I made panels made of pink, gold, and white tulle.

The yummy almond cake with mocha buttercream frosting was from Celebrate Life Cakes with a “From Miss to Mrs” topper from Etsy. The cupcakes and the glitter bites came from Sarah’s Cake Shop. I found the cute cupcake wrappers – powder pink with gold polka dots – from Etsy.

The banner garland was from Etsy.

We had crab cake bites and brie pastries for appetizers and mimosas flowing throughout the duration of the party. Table Three also served up a great lunch on the table.

Fun bridal shower games were organized by our SIL and our cousin. The games were: Bridal Jeopardy, What’s In Your Purse? and a Disney trivia game. It was super fun, with really cute prizes.

The beautiful sashes these lovely ladies wore were from Etsy.

Congratulations, Mrs. Ayala!

Overall, the experience with Table Three was great. The bridal shower went so well because of the amazing family teamwork and the very attentive and helpful staff.  I was very satisfied with how the amazing staff helped us prepare hours before, and helped us throughout the memorable event.
